Doc Wilmore: "Well, I'm not that much into finances, but the average property probably didn't go up 100 percent. And the reason the value of the vehicles went down, is because they're a year older, possibly. Without seeing what she's talking about, I couldn't really give you a definitive answer."
David Reynolds: "Why is it going up as much as it is? Can you answer that? Going back to Mack's question, we have to pay taxes, it seems we're paying more out of personal property tax, the car tax--that seems to be her concern."
Doc Wilmore: "The state has dropped their percentage that they contribute to the localities on the car use tax. Mr. Gilmore instituted years ago, you know, they keep dropping that down more every year. I think it's down something like 45 percent now--I believe Mack will back me up on that. It was about 70 last year. But it's going down every year and we're going to have to start paying more on the localities."
